You think  Moon with ancient creators, frozen lava seas. Scientists believe that something happens on the moon, once in a month due to Earth’s magnetic field tail. Whenever Moon passes Magnetotail. Tim Stubbs, a University of Maryland scientist working at the Goddard Space Flight Center says “Earth’s Magnetic tail extends beyond the moon orbit and this is somehow responsible for dust storm to electrostatic discharges happening on the moon.
How it forms ?Earth’s Magnetic is formed from the dynamo inside the Earth core. Earth is wrapped around a bubble of magnetic field. Solar wind press it and stretches it towards other side.

It’s simple when we see full moon. Moon gets in magnetotail 3 days prior to full moon and remain in for 3 days after full moon.
The photo electrons bombards towards moon lightside and much higher voltage accumulate toward dark side.
